Our customers have enjoyed the 16 oz 18 wheeler steak for the past 6 months. Some of the comments have been "the best steak I have every had", "You can cut it with a butter knife".
My employees (cooks as well as servers) been involved in a steak contest featuring th 16 oz 18 wheeler steak. The results have been wonderful and the competition between servers and cooks has been fun to watch.
A-Z Meats met with Penn Station personnel to review our needs and made the necessary adjustments to accommodate Penn Station even down to resizing the packaging to fit into our freezers.
